When seniors are faced with writing resumes, interviewing for jobs, or writing college application essays, they sometimes discover that they lack relevant, meaningful experiences to share.

Post-high school planning should begin at the onset of high school, rather than be an after-thought. I meet with individual students throughout each school year to determine and assess students' interests and then guide them in seeking experiences that develop their talents. Students intentionally develop their resumes over the course of high school so that when they are seniors, they have valuable experiences to share in essays and interviews, giving students a competitive advantage when applying to colleges or for jobs.
